NCD GROUP has been making a 20-year history in the construction development and real estate industry since 2002 to become a leading company with unique culture in the industry, contributing to Mongolia’s development and prosperity.

Within the mission, NCD GROUP has implemented 10 residential complex projects with innovative solutions for the outdoor environment, green facilities and landscaping of the town, that are exemplary in the real estate industry of Mongolia. The projects provided housing to more than 2,300 households, created more than 2,000 permanent jobs and formed a team of more than 360 skilled professionals, architects, engineers and technicians.
