The Casa Da Vinci town is located on 4th khoroo of the Khan-Uul District, Artsat valley. It consists of single house, twin house and town house and conveniently located in a area which is forward planning, new settlement zone of the Ulaanbaatar.
The exterior design of Casa Da Vinci is reflecting attention to the nature. There is a relation between the villa itself and the landscape, as well as the plan with the elevations and the interiors with the exteriors. There is a lot of attention on the usage of natural materials but also about the new technologies. This will include not only the choice of the decorative materials but also the type of insulation used for the walls and the windows. In some elements there is a mild recall to some original architectural elements, as the ancient walls and the defense towers, of the Tuscany of Leonardo Da Vinci. With the use of these historical elements the villa can be perceived as less massive, thanks to the splitting of the volumes, in a kind of modern deconstructionism.
Fusion interior design is a masterly mix of different style in order to create a pleasant and not redundant interior concept. In the Casa Da Vinci the design concept is a fusion between the modern and the classic design, alternating the two different styles, which you can recognise either in the shell as in the furnishing and soft decoration. The fusion interior concept will create a cozy and elegant atmosphere within a timeless ambience.
The main interior colors have been selected in a range of elegant light tone of grey and beige to emphasize the interior spaces. The inclusion of contrasted colors help to accentuate and focus on definite elements as a form of abstract decoration.
